Booking requests remain pending until all required vaccinations listed under the “BWI Pre-Check” tab are reviewed and submitted—failure to upload documentation within 72 hours will result in automatic cancellation with no refund.

Booking requests can remain in pending status 72 hours until all required vaccinations have been submitted and approved. Once vaccination records are received and verified, we will confirm and accept your reservation.

When To Be Here:Check-in hours are anytime from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday and from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM on Saturday. No check-ins on Sunday. 

**All boarding guests will receive a Capstar(Nitenpyram) tablet at check-in to ensure a flea-free facility, provided at cost.

 

Check-out time is from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Sunday to Saturday.

 

- For guests picked up 15 minutes or more past our scheduled check-out hours, an additional $15 per hour ensures your pup continues enjoying personalized care until your arrival.

Personal Items:You’re welcome to bring items from home that help your dog feel comfortable, such as a bed, blanket, or favorite toy. Please keep in mind that Black Woof Inn is not responsible for any damage to personal items or for ensuring their return at check-out, so we recommend avoiding anything sentimental or irreplaceable. If your pet becomes destructive with the item, we may need to remove it for their safety.

Feeding & Medication: We follow each dog’s individual feeding schedule based on their needs. We ask that you bring their food pre-portioned in Ziploc bags labeled with their name and the time each meal should be given. If your dog requires medication, please prepare it as much as possible – for example, placing it in the Ziploc bag with their food – and bring a clear list of instructions for our staff to ensure everything is administered correctly.

Bathroom Breaks: We walk four times a day – at 6 AM, 11 AM, 6 PM, and 11 PM – and if your dog needs extra walks or potty breaks, our staff is always monitoring and will make sure they have a chance to go.

Included: All pets boarding at Black Woof Inn—whether in a Suite, Studio, or Kondo— will receive the same amount of love, enjoy group playtime (for socially compatible dogs/cats) and a daily photo update sent to pet parents between 6 PM and 8 PM.

-Individuals at Black Woof Inn are FearFree certified. Practicing daily FearFree techniques to ensure that all pets are as comfortable as possible.​

- We require a 25% deposit to reserve boarding stays. Your deposit goes toward your final bill and is refundable with at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will forfeit the deposit.
